1Is the total price likely to change?
No the total price will include everything from lettering and fitting to permit fees and safety pins the only time price will change is you decide to alter something I,e include more letters or decide you want a plaque.
2How long will it take to be completed?
This is a very broad question but the easiest way to explain this is by saying that we currently stick to around 9-12 months from point of burial to ensure there isn’t any grave issues that can cause the stone to subside. If there are no issues with burial time i.e it’s an ashes interment or deceased has already been buried for several years the stone can be completed in as little as 8-10 weeks if the following applies permit approval comes back quickly and stone is in stock, if however, stone isn’t in stock and has to be imported completion time can be up to 30weeks from point of order.
3How bespoke can I make the memorial?
Assuming cemetery or church yard regulations allow you can completely tailor the stone to how you want it from wanting one particular shape from brochure but adding another stones design work or by simply taking one stone and adding kerbs to it the choice is completely yours to ensure you really do get the most fitting stone for your loved ones.
4Why do we renovate existing stones?
We renovate existing stones for many reasons some of them being that the stone itself holds sentimental value to the family or that its in need of a freshen up most stones can be renovated and at the this point we would give you an honest approach to the outcome as some materials such as marble and sandstone can stain overtime but we can still make most memorials look brand new.
5What is a stability guarantee?
The stability guarantee is a reassurance that give that one the stone is fully fitted to namm guidelines meaning it has all stainless pins in it to keep it safe and two it means if the ground subsides at all and the stone tilts we will go out to make level and safe free of charge.
6What do I need to do after the stone is installed?
The guidance we give to maintain your memorial is to leave for a minimum of 24-48 hours after installation top ensure all cements or adhesives have fully bonded and then from there it can be cleaned on a regular basis with the following clean water and soft sponger or clean cloth nothing abrasive like brillo pads and nothing chemical like bleach as this can be detrimental to the stones quality and finish.
